I want you to be completely satisfied with your Head Space course. While I’m confident the content will help you create a more sustainable academic workflow, I understand that sometimes a course isn’t the right fit. That’s why Head Space offers a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy.
I stand behind these courses and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days and haven’t progressed beyond two lessons, you’ll receive a full refund with no awkward questions.
Eligibility
The refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund.
You can explore up to two lessons to get a good sense of the course content and teaching style. This gives you enough time to evaluate whether the course aligns with your needs while being fair to all participants. This means that, if you have accessed three or more lessons, I cannot give you a refund.
Process
The refund process is simple and transparent:
- Submit your refund request via email
- Receive confirmation within 24 hours
- Get your refund processed to your original payment method
- Expect the refund to appear in your account within 5-7 business days
Sale items
Sale items are also eligible for refunds, as long as no lessons have been accessed.
Troubleshooting
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
