    I like the systematic approach to triaging emails using sender; subject line etc.
    I’m going to try to adopt this, along with a 5 sentence threshold maximum limit – which for those that know me, they will tell you, this will be a challenge for me. 🤣

      Hi Trevor. I also struggle to keep my emails short. I think there are a couple of reasons for this 1) I want to make sure that I provide enough information for the recipient to not need to ask for more detail, and 2) I don’t want to come across as abrupt.
