   I still feel like a serial e-mailer! I am trying to get better, but my mailbox is always at a minimal.

      I’ve found that, unless you change your workflow (hard to do when you’re in a larger team), it’s hard to move away from email as the place where work happens. There are things you can do on an individual level, but far-reaching changes need a wider approach.
